How do golf simulators work at Eagle Shots?

Reserve your time. You’ll receive a Door PIN and Bay PIN through the Trackman app and your confirmation email. Arrive at your scheduled time, use your Door PIN to enter, then unlock your bay with your Bay PIN. Your session will run for the reserved time and end automatically. Please leave the space clean for the next guest.

How do I access the Eagle Shots building?

After booking, you’ll receive a unique access code. Enter it on the keypad to unlock the door. Your code becomes active 5 minutes before your scheduled golf simulator session and expires when your reservation ends.

During your session

How long are tee times at Eagle Shots?

Tee times are booked in 30-minute increments, with reservations available for up to 4 hours per session.

Can I reserve multiple sessions in a row?

Yes. If availability allows, you can book back-to-back golf simulator sessions. Membership tiers may limit how many active tee times you can hold at once, but once a session is completed, you’re able to book another.

Can I bring guests to Eagle Shots?

Yes. Guest access depends on your membership tier. Hourly bookings allow up to 4 people per bay at the standard hourly rate.

Does the member or person who booked need to be present?

Yes. The member or the individual who made the reservation must be present for the full duration of the golf simulator session.

What happens at the end of my Eagle Shots session?

Trackman will automatically log you out when your scheduled time ends. Please wrap up play promptly, leave the simulator area clean, and return any moved furniture or equipment so it’s ready for the next golfer.

Do unused hours carry over for Eagle Shots memberships?

No. Unused tee time hours do not carry over. Eagle Shots memberships include unlimited booking access, so you can play as often as you’d like—just book a new tee time each time you visit.

Do Eagle Shots memberships auto-renew?

Yes. Memberships automatically renew each month on the same date you originally signed up. Billing occurs upfront at signup and then again on each renewal date thereafter.

What is Eagle Shots cancellation policy?

Please cancel your golf simulator reservation at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time may result in a loss of funds or account credit. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

Are Eagle Shots sessions and memberships transferable?

No. Sessions and memberships are non-transferable. Access codes must not be shared, and unauthorized use may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.

What if I arrive late to my Eagle Shots reservation?

Your reservation still ends at the originally scheduled time. Late arrival reduces your available play time, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early to get set up and make the most of your golf simulator session.

Can I leave early from my Eagle Shots session?

Yes, you may leave at any time. Any unused time from your golf simulator session does not carry over to future bookings.

Can I bring food and drinks to Eagle Shots?

Closed-lid drinks are allowed inside the simulator bays. Please avoid bringing food that could create mess or damage equipment. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the facility.

Do I need to bring my own clubs to Eagle Shots?

Bringing your own clubs is recommended. However, we also provide a selection of right-handed, left-handed, and junior clubs available for guests who do not have their own.

Who is responsible for damage at Eagle Shots?

Members and guests are responsible for any damage caused during their session due to misuse or negligence. Please treat all facility spaces and equipment with care.

Is there staff on site at Eagle Shots?
